The disruptions have been observed across multiple internet providers and mobile operators, suggesting that the issue is nationwide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The cause of the outage remains unclear. It is not yet known whether the disruptions were caused by a technical failure involving <strong>Roskomnadzor&#8217;s<\/strong> internet filtering systems or by deliberate access restrictions imposed by the authorities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Data from <strong>Downdetector<\/strong> shows that within the past hour more than <strong>1,000 user reports<\/strong> were submitted for <strong>Google<\/strong>, over <strong>590<\/strong> for <strong>GitHub<\/strong>, and around <strong>50<\/strong> for <strong>Apple<\/strong>. Users from dozens of cities across Russia reported difficulties accessing the services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Most complaints about <strong>Google<\/strong> came from Moscow, St. Petersburg, the Novosibirsk, Moscow, and Saratov regions. Reports involving <strong>Apple<\/strong> were most common in the Volgograd, Novosibirsk, Novgorod, and Moscow regions, as well as Zabaykalsky Krai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Users say that <strong>Google Search<\/strong> either fails to load entirely or functions with significant errors.
