However, Reuters&#8217; sources say the extensive damage to processing units and industrial equipment means repairs could take several weeks or even months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gazprom Neftekhim Salavat is among Russia&#8217;s largest refining and petrochemical complexes. It produces gasoline, diesel fuel, jet fuel, liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), polyethylene, and ammonia. In <strong>2024<\/strong>, the facility processed <strong>7.2 million tonnes of crude oil<\/strong>, accounting for roughly <strong>2.7%<\/strong> of Russia&#8217;s total refining capacity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On the night of <strong>July 14<\/strong>, Ukrainian drones targeted two Russian oil refineries. In addition to the Bashkortostan facility, the <strong>Afipsky Oil Refinery<\/strong> in Russia&#8217;s Krasnodar region also came under attack.
