Drone threats are regularly announced in Russian regions, forcing airports to temporarily suspend arrivals and departures. There are also concerns about air defense systems and the possible risk they may create for civilian aircraft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Economic costs are also important. European airlines cannot use their usual routes through Russian airspace, so they have to fly longer alternative routes. This increases travel time, fuel consumption, operating costs, and ticket prices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For these reasons, even if some restrictions are eased, the rapid return of direct flights between Russia, Germany, and other European countries remains unlikely.
