The announcement was made by regional governor <strong>Mikhail Vedernikov<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to the governor, inspectors discovered several cases in which residents had stored large quantities of gasoline in their garages. Administrative reports were issued in every identified case.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Those found violating fire safety rules face fines ranging from <strong>5,000 to 15,000 rubles<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vedernikov urged residents not to keep gasoline or other flammable liquids in garages and basements, while claiming that the region&#8217;s fuel supply situation is gradually improving.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Earlier, authorities introduced fuel sales restrictions across the Pskov region due to gasoline shortages.
