Running on Empty: Daily Refinery Strikes Leave Russia Facing Total Logistical Collapse

The illusion of economic stability in Russia is evaporating. The mounting gasoline and diesel crisis—fueled by unrelenting drone attacks on the country’s oil refining infrastructure—has now spiraled out of the government’s control.

The structural damage is deep:

The Stranglehold Deepens: From the mainland to occupied zones, fuel pumps are completely empty. Where supplies remain, desperate motorists spend hours or even days trapped in massive highway queues. Official rationing has become the norm.

Imports Are Not Enough: Alternative fuel imports cannot keep up with the scale of the damage. Hundreds of long-range drones continue to penetrate Russian airspace almost daily, keeping pressure on vital energy hubs.

This crisis is rapidly bleeding into agriculture and shipping networks. The reality is undeniable: to prevent a complete macroeconomic crash and unstoppable inflation, the Kremlin must end this war.
