The operational chokehold on occupied Crimea and Russia’s southern command just tightened significantly. In a massive, coordinated overnight offensive, Ukrainian forces successfully neutralized over 10 critical military, logistical, and fuel infrastructure assets:
Naval Fleet Neutralized: Two Project 12150 “Mangust” patrol boats were destroyed in the Black Sea, blinding Russia’s coastal security.
The Ferry Network Shattered: The vital transit lines feeding the invasion forces were crippled. Precision hits struck the “Yeisk” and “Mariya” car ferries at the Crimea ferry terminal in Kerch, alongside the “Lavrentiy” and “Panagiya” ferries at Port Kavkaz.
Energy Infrastructure Burning: Port Kavkaz suffered heavy damage, losing three fuel product transfer reservoirs and an entire railway train loaded with fuel cisterns.
Deep Strike Success: The long-range drone network reached 600 km deep into the Russian mainland, striking a major tank farm reservoir at a oil depot in Vyazniki, Stavropol Krai.
Air & Radar Assets Hit: Hangars packed with military hardware and specialized gear were wiped out at the Bagerove airbase, alongside three stationary radar stations used by Russia to track maritime and aerial drones.
By systematically cutting off the ferries and burning the fuel reserves, Ukraine is leaving the occupying forces stranded, starved of supplies, and blind to incoming threats.
