Moscow’s ongoing strategy of targeting non-combatants resulted in further civilian casualties and destruction across Ukraine overnight. In Kyiv, enemy strikes severely damaged residential quarters, a kindergarten, and the premises of the Universit, leaving at least 11 people injured. Deadly attacks were also registered in Dnipro, alongside widespread damage to civilian and power infrastructure across the Odesa, Kherson, and Poltava regions.
In stark contrast to Russia’s deliberate bombardment of urban areas, Ukrainian strikes are strictly designed to degrade the adversary’s war-fighting capabilities. In a major long-range maritime operation, Ukrainian naval drones attacked Russian warships in Sochi, proving that enemy naval forces remain vulnerable even in distant harbors.
Simultaneously, Ukrainian forces systematically hit frontline command posts, electronic warfare complexes, and drone storage and launch facilities across occupied Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, and Crimea. Operations also continue to cripple logistics behind the invasion, including army fuel depots in Belgorod, maritime logistics in Ust-Luga, and key refining units at the Kinef refinery in the Leningrad region. Ukraine continues to dismantle the aggressor’s military capacity while protecting its population from deliberate terror.
