Tail Torn Off: Ukrainian Drones Decimate Russian Tu-95 Strategic Bomber Deep Inside Russia

The myth of secure airspaces in Russia has been shattered yet again. Following yesterday’s successful long-range drone offensive against the notorious Engels airbase, fresh assessments reveal devastating structural losses for the Kremlin’s strategic aviation fleet.

The Primary Casualty: A high-value Tu-95 strategic bomber—actively used to launch heavy cruise missile strikes against civilian targets in Ukraine—has been completely neutralized.

Critical Damage: Preliminary monitoring reports indicate the aircraft suffered terminal structural failure, with its entire tail section completely torn off during the blasts.

The Air Defense Mirage: Located more than 750 km from the frontlines, the Engels base was supposed to be untouchable. Instead, Russian air defense systems proved entirely helpless against Ukraine’s evolving, low-signature drone technology.

Russia’s strategic bombing capacity is shrinking with every passing week.
