Terror at the Pumps: Kyiv Hit Again by Russian Drones, Casualties Reported

On the morning of September 15, Russian drones struck a gas station and warehouses in Kyiv. A man was injured in the Darnytskyi district and hospitalized in serious condition. The attacks on gas stations continued — two Ukrnafta stations were hit, leaving two more people injured. This marks the second consecutive week of targeted Russian strikes on gas stations in the capital: on September 10–11, three stations were destroyed or damaged, and over the past six months more than 300 fuel stations have been damaged across Ukraine.

The same night, strikes also hit Izium (at least four people injured, including children) and Sloviansk (FAB-250 guided bombs, with civilian casualties reported). In total, Russia launched 200 drones at Ukraine overnight, of which around 190 were shot down.

By contrast, Ukrainian strikes on September 14–15 hit exclusively military targets inside Russia: a storage and launch site for attack drones near Donetsk, three electronic warfare stations in Russia’s Bryansk region, a fuel and lubricant depot in Luhansk region, the Syzran oil refinery, a drone-manufacturing plant in Taganrog, and a drone training and launch site in the Oryol region.
